Our panorama sauna area opens daily from 4.00 pm to 10.00 pm by reservation. Last admission is at 8 pm. The sauna is closed from July to August.

restaurant. Quality is our prime objective! Therefore it is important for us to
use maily products from regional farmers and direct marketers.
Our
wonderful sun terrace invites you for hot dishes and cool drinks by sunshiny
weather.
Enjoy a rich breakfast buffet and take in a wonderful nature experience as the sun rises above the "Auersberg" mountain.
Together with our certified herbal pedagogues you can learn something about the multitude of wild herbs growing around the hotel. Guided excursions and workshops introduce our guests to the magical power of local herbs. Let yourself be pampered with culinary herbal delicacies in our restaurant.
The 3-stars Hotel Forstmeister offers 46 lovely equipped rooms, spread over 5 floors. All rooms are furnished with TV, radio, telephone, free WIFI and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Enjoy the beautiful view over meadows and the Ore Mountains.

For single overnight stays (1 night) from Friday to Saturday or Saturday to Sunday we charge a surcharge of 20% on the current room price.
The complex of the hotel has a small camping site,
about 100 meter below the hotel. The camp sites has 10 camping pitches, barbecue
facilities and sanitary facilities.
The region around the "Kuhberg" ensures full relaxation and
enables our guests to spend time in an active way, close to nature. The perfect
location of our hotel offers a wide range of hiking options and other sporty
activities like biking, riding a horse and cross-country skiing.
For
cross-country skiers there are about 32 km of well-prepared tracks around the
"Kuhberg". Illuminated tracks (1.6 km) directly at the hotel are available from
Monday to Friday until 9.00 pm (winter).

On a narrow-gauge railway ride from Schönheide to Stützengrün
the guests can enjoy a beautiful view over the fields and meadows of the Ore
Mountains.
"Wurzelrudis Erlebniswelt" is located in Eibenstock, about 9 km
from the hotel.
The theme park offers a ski arena with a 650 meter long
groomed ski slope, a chairlift and a snowboard fun -park in the winter
month.
From all-weather tobbogan run, tyre slide, labyrinth, adventure
playground to a little zoo - the world of experience offers fun for young and
old.
The "Badegärten Eibenstock" offers a wide selection of spa treatments as well as an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and one of the biggest sauna areas in Germany which will let you forget the stress of your everyday life.
The main focus of what is a unique exhibition in Germany is to demonstrate the general public the benefits of pursuing research projects in space. The exhibition covers a wide spectrum encompasing the initial man-made satellites orbiting round the earth, the first Soviets and Americans in space, the moon landing programme, satellites and probes, either close to planet earth or travelling to distant galaxies, and the space stations from the early days to the new International Space Station.
More than 80 different attractions await you.
From the
wooden roller coaster "El Toro" to the family lift "Miniwah" there is fun
guaranteed with many attractions even for the little ones.
